We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Manners LDN pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the items are in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
